Find a bag
Open the storefront and pick a place nearby: a bakery, café or store with a surprise bag available today.
Reserve it
Reserve the bag in a couple of clicks — it will wait for you until the end of the pickup window.
Pick it up
Come to the venue during the pickup window, say you have a Sarkyt reservation and collect your surprise.
You don't know the exact contents in advance — that's the surprise. But you do know the category, the price and the usual value: a bag always holds roughly three times more food than you pay for.
